Fellow developer and designer Lloyd Humphreys from the UK has just won a Microsoft funded competition with his screencast on how to develop a simple music player using Expression Blend in C#. He won $11,000 worth of Prizes from Microsoft. Lloyd runs his own company (at 14!!) and has a number of clients for his software and website development skills so if you need some design work, give him a go.
